Programming and control of the processors is carried out with a touch screen in the language of the Customer's choice.
Screen "SETTING PARAMETERS"
On screen operator programmed for each containers and paraffin station:
- the processing time from 0 to 999 minutes
- time handing-up basket, to ensure that reagent run-off from 0 to 60 seconds
- quantity shake the basket from 0 to 60 times per minute
- the temperature in the paraffin stations from 30 ° C to 70 ° C. After setting paramrters the operator into a "DIRECTIVE SCREEN"
On "screen operator control buttons up and down selects the program number from 1 to 6. Pressing "START " is launched on the program selected. During the program displays: - the position number (vessel) in which the treatment - time to finish processing the current vessel - the total time before the end of the program - the actual temperature of the paraffin station (item number 9, № 10, № 11) - in case of power failure in the AC, the unit instantly switches to battery power. On the screen in batch mode displays "FALLOUT MAIN VOLTAGE" and a beep sounds.
The device has the function mode "timer" - delayed start. Compared with similar functions in devices from other manufacturers in AT600-AT600-ESA and T4EKA, time delay start is not limited. To set the timer is sufficient to establish the date and time of the inclusion program. After the installation press - red indicator will turn green, and on the control screen near the clock in the periodic regime appears to TIMER. The controller unit has a real time clock. Key "time setting" allows time to adjust.
Uninterruptible power supplies (UPS) - automatic backup. The main function of UPS is the uninterrupted power supply tissue processor from the battery in case of power failure in AC power.
